Spring Goddess Sandwich
It’s a sandwich with greens and a lot of egg based condiments.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup dill
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonaisse
- Lettuce leaves
- Cucumber
- Thinly sliced carrot
- Thinly sliced raddish
- Thinly sliced avocado
- Alfafa sprouts
Method
Mix together chickepas, parsley, dill, mustard and mayonaisse. Put everything on a sandwich.
