Keto Broccoli Salad
Bacony, and mayonaissey. If you’re crazy enough to be on Keto this might take your mind off of it.
Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1/4 red onion
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Dressing
- 2/3 cup mayonaisse
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Method
Boil broccoli florets in salt water for 1-2 minutes. Combine dressing ingredients and season.
Grill or fry bacon until crispy and crumble/chop. Mix everyhing in a bowl and toss to combine.
